Privacy Policy

What I collect

• Tuition: your name, email, phone number, college and year – to enrol you, share class details and contact you about the course.
• Clipvara purchase: your name and email, to issue and deliver your licence key and provide support.
• Clipvara licence check: when you activate, and when the app starts while online, it sends the licence key, a one-way hash of your Mac's hardware ID (never the ID itself) and the Mac's name, so a key is active on one Mac at a time.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. I receive the payment ID, amount and the contact details you enter – never your card, UPI or bank details.

What I don't collect

Clipvara has no analytics or tracking. Your videos, recordings and projects stay on your Mac. If you choose Claude for AI, text and a few video frames are sent to Anthropic with your own API key – nothing goes to me.

How it is stored and shared

Licence records are stored with Supabase (Mumbai region). I do not sell or share your data, except with Razorpay to process payments and where required by law.

Your choices

Write to dassatyaki1908@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting a Clipvara licence record deactivates that licence.
