Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please read the course details and the Clipvara requirements before paying.
Clipvara licence
- Clipvara is a digital product delivered instantly by download and licence key, so payments are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once the key has been issued.
- Check the requirements (Apple Silicon Mac, macOS 13.5 or newer) before buying. If Clipvara does not work on a supported Mac, write to me and I will help fix the problem.
Tuition fees
- Tuition fees are non-refundable once paid, and a paid seat cannot be cancelled or transferred to another student.
- If I cancel a batch before it starts, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch.
When you will get a refund
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You paid but did not receive your licence key or course access within 48 hours, and I cannot deliver it.
- A batch is cancelled by me (above).
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Write to dassatyaki1908@gmail.com with your payment ID.
